This list basically summarizes our January activities. Well, almost. Its been a long road but we're nearing the end of it! Peanut will be full term this Saturday (Jan 25th). And after months of preparation, we're ready! (Minus a few odds and n's like packing our hospital bag.) But we're feeling great. Peanut can come at any time and we've got all the basics covered to help with the transitional onslaught. We're so excited! We're ready for you, Peanut!
I'm thinking this will probably be the last update we post till the birth, but we'll see. If I'm sitting around twiddling my thumbs in late Feb, I may blog out of boredom... which is entirely possible! Jeremy might also post something before the birth. But as for me, I'm feeling great. Feel great physically, mentally, emotionally. I'm ready for the roller coaster.
Peanut is rolling around in my big belly. Head's down. Lock and load position. I've very much enjoyed having this little miracle of a room mate sharing my body with me all these months. Like a friend said to me, "You're only pregnant for the first time once. You can pay attention to every little thing." And that's how I plan on spending the next few days/weeks before the birth. Just feeling and bonding with little Peanut and being so happy to welcome him/her into the world. Can't wait to cover him/her with kisses! I also can't wait to see Jeremy hold and kiss little Peanut. Happy Daddy! I love my new family!
Here are some pictures of getting the baby's room ready. Turned out pretty cute!
Bookshelf! Good job, Daddy!

Baby Room! Its ready for you, Peanut! (Glider chair will be arriving in Feb)
